Fashion Spotlight: In Love With Fashion -- Review & Giveaway -- CLOSED

In Love With Fashion is a boutique that sells a variety of clothes.
They have dresses, tops, jumpsuits, skirts, knitwears, accessories, and many more.
Their prices range from $30 and up.



Here are a couple of bloggers who fell in love In Love With Fashion like I did.

I was given the opportunity to review one of their beautiful dresses for you guys.
There were so many choices, that it literally took me hours to choose one. I kept on jumping from one dress to another.



LOVE Gold Metallic Waterfall Dress

My package came in the mail wrapped in black tissue paper inside an In Love With Fashion plastic bag.
I was so excited to open it and see my dress that I just literally ripped it open! ;P



Here is the front and back view of the dress.

As you can see, the color is gold with bits of silver thread sewed in all around. It's so sparkly! Just my kind of dress.

The dress does have a straight cut which I don't like. It doesn't hug my body which makes me look like I have no curves.
I got a size small/medium and the dress is still a bit too big for me.
I have to safety pin it in a couple of places just so it doesn't look like I'm wearing a sack.



My favorite part is the back. It's a bit low cut so it shows a little skin when it's worn. The ruffles add so much to this dress since the front is a bit plain.
I love the ruffles because it makes it more feminine considering of its straight cut.

How would you wear this out?

For a casual look -- I would add a belt to cinch it at the waist just to give myself a shape.
I'll also wear it with either a jean jacket or a black leather jacket to give it a casual feel.
Then I would add lots of thick gold bangles for a bohemian feel.
For the shoes, I would wear my black lace up booties.

For a formal event -- I would pair the LOVE Gold Metallic Waterfall Dress with my Pleaser black lace pumps.
I wouldn't wear a belt just because it doesn't really look formal with it on. I'll just saftey pin it here and there so it doesn't look too big.
I'll accessorize it with either a chunky gold necklace or a nice pair of gold dangling earrings.
I'll wear a black blazer over it just in case I get cold.

Oh my, this actually looks really good.
I can't wait to watch it. I love the way Charlize Theron narrates the story.
She sounds just like how the queen is suppose to sound and very, well, evil. ;]

Kristen Stewart makes a good Snow White as well. She looks really pretty in the trailer. I think this is going to be better than "Mirror Mirror".
It's something different from the traditional love story.

Both stories are really different from each other. Mirror Mirror is more laidback and fun.

Comes out Summer 2012.

My favorite look would probably be Taylor Swift's. I think it was the best look overall even though she did kind of played it safe. I'm just glad that she didn't wear her signature curls.

It's been really windy here in California lately. I walk to school so I need some extra moisture to prevent my skin from cracking.
This product is also great for rough elbows, knees, feet, and of course, stretch marks.



The packaging is just wonderful. I got a 32 oz. bottle for only $3.31.
I think that's an awesome deal since the bottle is HUGE!
It has a snap on top that makes it easy to apply. You don't have to go through all the trouble of turning the cap.



This is what the lotion looks like. It's a light yellow color.
It's very creamy. It also smells great, like Cocoa Butter.
The smell doesn't really last so if you don't like it, it's not a problem.



This lotion is perfect for a student like me. It's a great moisturizer! I don't have to worry about having dry, cracked skin at school.
I definitely recommend this product. I give it 4 stars.

Snacks Snacks Snacks: Hostess

This is just a quick post to say hello!
I also wanted to share with you guys my snacks for school this week. :D



I got these at Vons yesterday when I was running errands with my Mom.
I don't really remember all their prices, though. Sorry!










These are great for school because I can just stick them in my bag.
All I have to do is buy water. I usually bring at least 3 of these everyday (but they're usually gone by first period. haha.).



My sister gave me the idea to just put them all in this huge basket. That way, I can just grab them in the morning before I leave. :]

I also think it's cute. I placed the basket in the middle of our kitchen counter so it makes for a nice decoration.

Product Review: NYX Ultra Pearl Mania Eyeshadow

A potent bullet of colors! The loose powder is everything the single shadow is; super pigmented, easy to blend, long lasting, plus its packed with shimmer! Glisten the windows to your soul with these beautiful powders.


This eyeshadow is very pigmented so a little goes a LONG way. It does not crease but you have to apply a primer first to make the eyeshadow last. It works great as a highlighter.

The packaging isn't that great. It's a tiny bottle and the small opening makes it a bit hard to get to the actual powder. You can either transfer it to a small container or you can use a tiny eyeshadow brush when you're applying it.



Here is a swatch of Very Pink and Orange Zest.
I wanted to show you guys both the color and the shimmer that it has.

As you guys can see in the picture, they are extremely pigmented. I like Very Pink A LOT!
It's girly and sparkly. :D



These eyeshadows are sold in 30 different colors! They are also very cheap. Definitely worth the price.
